"I’ve been with Pierre for more than 10 years since he bought the practice from my previous agent. I’m not sure how he has so many 5 star ratings on Google. I’ve never been able to speak with Pierre once. His office has been a revolving door of agents and admins. It’s been VERY DIFFICULT to speak with someone to get a new policy or changes in my policy. Why have I been with him for so long? 1) complacency 2) State Farm is an excellent insurance provider where you can do most things in the app. My suggestion would be to go with an agent who is more present in his own office."
